Braised Kielbasa And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, quartered
    1 lb. kielbasa or smoked sausage
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 medium bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. each thyme and pepper
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
