Peas With Rosemary And Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 c. pine nuts
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen petite peas, slightly thawed
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Saute pine nuts until golden.
    Add green onions and saute 2 minutes.
    Add peas, rosemary and sugar to skillet and continue to cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
