Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
sprinkling of cayenne pepper
salt to taste
pepper (freshly ground)

Preparation

Beat together all ingredients except cucumbers.
Fold cucumbers into mixture.
Some chopped onion can be added.
Serve in sauce dishes and garnish with paprika.
