Ingredients

3 eggs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs at medium speed until thick and lemon colored.
Add butter and next 4 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
