Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa; add milk and cream of tartar.
    Add corn syrup and cook until soft ball stage is reached.
    Remove from heat, then add butter and vanilla.
    Let cool.
    Beat until creamy. Use on your favorite cake.
