Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. extract (vanilla or almond)
    food coloring (orange for pumpkin; green for stem)
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, sugar and melted margarine.
    Press into a 9-inch pie plate with back of tablespoon, forming sides and lip on edge of plate.
