Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts or 2 fryers
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
5 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Parboil chicken 25 minutes or until tender.
Remove from bones.
Place cut-up chicken in lightly buttered oblong baking dish.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken.
Toss crumbs and oleo together and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
