Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation

Cut chicken into strips 1/2x2-inch.
Mix flour salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in milk.
Roll in flour mixture coating well. Place chicken on waxed paper.
Heat oil in skillet until 350\u00b0. Place chicken in oil evenly, turn, cook chicken about 3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towel.
