Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1Tbsp. white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green onion
    1 thin slice ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 green onion
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Mix white wine, salt, 1 green onion and ginger and rub chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Make sauce out of remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake 12 to 20 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
    Good served with hot and sour cabbage as side dish.
