Clam Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
    1 can minced clams, drained
    grated onion and juice to taste
    dash of salt
    50 small bread rounds
Preparation
    Blend cheese and butter with fork.
    Add clams, onions and salt.
    Toast bread on one side.
    Spread mixture on untoasted side. Put in oven at 325\u00b0.
    Serve when hot and bubbly.
