Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. chili sauce (1 bottle)
1 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Place spareribs in large baking pan.
Bake 1/2 hour in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
If desired, cut in serving size portions first.
Brown onions in fat; add lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, Tabasco, brown sugar, water, chili sauce and salt. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes; pour over spareribs.
Bake spareribs 1 hour longer, basting ribs occasionally.
Serves four.
