Veggie Clam Sauce And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 to 4 celery stalks, diced
    1 1/2 c. zucchini sticks, cubed
    4 green scallions, diced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 c. chopped clams and juice
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute all veggies in oil.
    Add white wine and clams and juice; boil for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over angel hair pasta with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
