Chicken Breasts With Apple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. apple juice
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. seasoned corn stuffing mix
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup, divided
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium green apple, peeled and coarsely chopped
    6 to 8 split chicken breasts, skinned
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. crumbled sage
Preparation
    In a large saucepan bring water, apple juice and 4 tablespoons of butter to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add stuffing mix and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
    Set aside.
