Carne Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 c. sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Preparation

Slice steak thinly.
Cook steak, onions and pepper in butter in frying pan.
After steak is cooked thoroughly add sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cheese; stir in and cook until cheese is melted.
Add picante sauce if desired.
