Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Boil all together for 1 minute.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla after cooked.
    Cool some, then ice your cake.
