Zucchini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. coarsely chopped zucchini
2 eggs
finely chopped onion and celery to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
bread crumbs (to mold)

Preparation

Make into patties and deep fry.
Makes 4 servings.
