Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar.
    Add buttermilk.
    Add melted margarine. Pour in crusts.
    Makes one 9-inch deep dish pie or 2 regular pies.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
