Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing, divided
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup stuffing.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup herb stuffing. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
