Dilly Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
6 Anaheim peppers (chili; long, fat and firm)
4 oz. Jack cheese
2 medium ripe tomatoes
1 medium white onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
deep sea fish (e.g., tuna, sea bass, snapper)
6 limes
Pace picante sauce
Preparation

Fillet fish paper thin; cut into bite size pieces.
Put in deep bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over the fish until well covered. Ice for 1 hour.
Remove fish from juice.
Pour picante sauce over the fish; mix well.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
