Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Mix egg white, milk, water, sugar and salt.
Add pecan halves, covering well.
Pour onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Take out and stir until separated.
Then return to oven to bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
Check often.
Do not overcook.
