Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    With fork, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and soda.
    Cut in shortening until coarse crumbs.
    Add sour cream.
    Knead dough 6 to 8 times.
    Roll out and cut.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
