Cuban Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    4 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 whole garlic
Preparation
    Make pockets in the pork roast every 2 inches all over.
    Smash all garlic clove.
    Throw away peel.
    Continue smashing garlic until fine.
    Combine black pepper, salt and garlic into a paste.
    Stuff the pork roast and bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
