Carrot Juice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 big carrots
1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
2 c. water
Preparation

Wash and cut carrots in chunks.
Put 2 cups water in blender. Turn blender on blend; while blender is going, drop chunks of carrot in water.
After all carrots have been blended, separate pulp from liquid by straining.
