Pepperoni Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small onion, sliced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
3 oz. pepperoni
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Slice potatoes; arrange in bottom of dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut butter in small pieces and add with onion slices. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese, half of tomato sauce, pepperoni and remaining tomato sauce. Bake until cheese melts.
