Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. or 1 large can chopped and peeled tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 or 2 seeded jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    8 oz. tomato sauce (use paste if you like it thick)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill for several hours.
