Roast Leg Of Lamb(Salt Free If Desired) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lb. leg lamb, gashed
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. dried tarragon
    4 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place lamb on a rack in the roaster and insert the garlic slices into the gashes.
    Bake for 20 minutes. While lamb is baking, in a bowl combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour over roast.
