Caramel Mocha Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coffee, brewed
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. brandy
4 large scoops coffee ice cream
1/2 c. whipping cream, beaten until stiff
crushed almond praline
Preparation

Mix coffee and brown sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Continue cooking until mixture begins to thicken and become syrupy, 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla and brandy.
Cool to room temperature.
Pour syrup over ice cream.
Dollop or pipe whipped cream over and pour remaining syrup over.
