Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup or Lipton onion-mushroom soup
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut in big chunks
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated; empty into a shallow baking dish.
    Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until tender and brown. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
