Night Before French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) long French bread, cut in 1-inch slices
    8 large eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place bread slices in 13 x 9-inch buttered pan.
    Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla; pour over bread.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate 4 to 36 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Uncover and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
