Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

On
medium
heat,
in
a medium saucepan, add broccoli, onion and margarine until broccoli is thawed.
Add Cheez Whiz, uncooked Minute
rice and cream of mushroom soup to saucepan. Stir
all ingredients
together until Cheez Whiz and mushroom soup
are completely\tliquefied
or
melted.\tSpray
nonstick cooking spray into
a
1\t1/2
quart casserole dish, then add casserole contents.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
