Green Pepper Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    dash of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Cover and steam over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook a few minutes longer until tender.
