Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. molasses
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, then add other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until center is done.
    Test with knife or toothpick; must come out clean without mixture on them, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Will vary with size and shape of pan used.
    Top will be springy.
