Beef Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 roll beef sausage
1/2 pkg. loose hash browns
12 oz. shredded cheese
9 eggs, beaten with 3 Tbsp. water
1 onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread rolls in an ungreased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with hash browns and uncooked sausage.
Cover with cheese, onion, green and red peppers, salt and pepper.
Pour eggs over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
