Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Make paste of vinegar, sugar, flour and salt; add water. Blend and pour over other ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour. If desired, place wieners on top last 20 minutes.
