Meat And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. shredded frozen hash browns
    1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. diced ham, sausage or chopped chicken
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated or whole milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix together vegetable oil and potatoes in 9-inch pie plate. Press into pie crust shape. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
    Remove from oven.
