Sausage 'N Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 acorn squash
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Halve and seed squash; place, cut side down, in buttered shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
