Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 to 4 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, cucumber, salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
    Dice whites and add to potato mixture.
    Sieve yolks and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Mix carefully.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
