Chicken Casserole #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Spoon half the crumbs into a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; pour over chicken and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.
