Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage, drain. Unroll crescent rolls and seal to the bottom of a 9 X 13 to form a crust. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle with hash browns. Top with shredded cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
