Thrifty Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar together.
    Add flour, then eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Bake in a greased steeple pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Keep oven door closed for 45 minutes before looking at cake.
