Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix together the milk, egg and oil.
    Add milk mixture to cornmeal mixture.
    Stir only enough to mix.
    (I bake this in a greased cast-iron skillet.) Bake at 425\u00b0 (hot oven) until lightly browned.
