Lo-Cal Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sauerkraut, well drained
    1 Tbsp. low-calorie Thousand Island dressing
    2 slices very thin, whole wheat bread, toasted
    1 pkg. chopped, pressed corned beef
    2 slices pasteurized process cheese
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut and dressing in a bowl and mix well.
    Top each slice of toast with half the corned beef, one cheese product and 1/2 cup of the sauerkraut mixture.
    Broil until hot.
