Zesty Bacon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 slices bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
    Stir in bacon, horseradish, scallions, parsley and pimento.
    Chill for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
