Good 'N Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add egg, shortening, vanilla and remainder
    of flour.
    Drop by spoonfuls over bottom of greased pan.
    Cover
    and
    let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven
    until
    golden
    brown.
    Remove
    from
    oven.
    Mix together remaining
    ingredients
    of
    powdered sugar, cream, coconut and pecans.
    Spread topping on top of hot cake immediately.
