Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 drops hot sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
Spoon into serving bowl; cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
Serve with Melba rounds.
Yields 2 cups (about 38 calories per tablespoon).
