F D R Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 apple, peeled
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg, sugar and flour until light and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients with egg mixture.
Bake in greased oblong dish 30 to 35 minutes.
Great served hot with vanilla ice cream.
