Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

Knead until dough becomes smooth and elastic; no longer than 5 to 10 minutes!
Place in greased bowl, grease top of dough and cover with wax paper; let rise in warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours); punch down and form into rolls of desired shape.
Place in greased pan and let rise until doubled (30 to 40 minutes).
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
