Atlanta Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar and eggs.
Mix well.
Stir in cornmeal, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into unbaked shell and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
