Greek Honeyed Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 lb. phyllo pastry
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (fine)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    In small saucepan, mix sugar, honey, water and lemon juice. Simmer over medium heat until thick enough to coat back of spoon and amber in color (about 40 minutes). Set aside to cool.
