Turkey Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    1 small onion, grated
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    seasoned salt to taste
    poultry seasoning
    1 egg and 3 Tbsp. water, lightly beaten
    breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Brown meat, breaking up large pieces; drain and let cool.
    In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour (thick and pasty).
    Pour in milk and blend with a whisk; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add onion and seasonings and let cool.
